Erik started in Hollywood in 1997 as an independent filmmaker, focusing on special effects and post-production. It was the start of the digital revolution, and as Erik learned to cut film, he created new post production workflows that were entirely digital. His unique experience in digital workflows led to a three-year stint with iTunes, just as they were expanding into video. While expanding the iTunes video store globally, Erik managed all major media formats and authored many of the procedures and specification now considered industry-standard. He founded Premiere to bring large-scale, economical distribution solutions to the marketplace that benefit the entire industry, including the major Studios, individual filmmakers as well as global and local video platforms. Premiere Digital’s growth has skyrocketed ever since, with Premiere playing a pivotal role in every major advancement in entertainment distribution technology to become a dominant industry provider.
A native of Colorado, Geoff Bloder has been a prominent figure in the Hollywood post-production community for the last 20 years. Experienced in all technical aspects of post-production, his primary focus since 2005 has been file-based distribution and workflows. With expertise in all business models across the Mobile, Broadcast and OTT industries, Geoff has been instrumental in creating entertainment’s “Digital Supply Chain.” Prior to joining Premiere Digital in 2015, Geoff served as Director of Media and Audio Services at 20th Century Fox, where he built and ran the technical operations teams at Fox Media Services. He also spent several years at both boutique and large-scale post-production facilities. He joined Premiere Digital as VP Technology and rose to Chief Technology officer in 2019, focusing on aligning the company’s technological capabilities with its goal of helping customers monetize content through simplified operations.
With over twenty years of experience in the entertainment industry, Andrew brings an entrepreneurial background that includes co-founding two successful media companies. In 2004, Andrew launched Toronto and Los Angeles based Juice Worldwide – distributing film, TV and music to the world’s top OTT platforms. As CEO for nearly 16 years, he was responsible for overseeing business development, finance, sales, marketing, creative and distribution. Under Andrew’s leadership, Juice became an award winning, top provider for Apple and Netflix. He has built close relationships with studios, networks and platforms internationally. Prior to Juice, he co-founded Asset Digital, serving as General Manager for one of North America’s leading DVD and Blu-ray authoring facilities. He also possesses extensive marketing and business development experience having worked in commercial advertising at boutique agency JPM Media as Director of Client Services, managing accounts such as Jaguar Cars, Deloitte Consulting, and Royal Bank of Canada. In his new role, Andrew will focus on new business opportunities and company expansion, harnessing his extensive domestic and international expertise and numerous long-standing supplier, customer and vendor relationships.
Crystal has over 15 years’ experience in human resources. She began her career in the manufacturing industry, as the first HR Manager for an organization in the body armor industry. While there she implemented a very successful work release program with a local prison giving soon to be released inmates a fresh start and providing the organization with an engaged and motivated workforce. Relocating to California in 2010 she changed industries, working for organizations where consulting was their business including New York Times Best-Selling Author Keith Ferrazzi at Ferrazzi Greenlight. Moving forward she spent time in the Telesales, E-Commerce and Fundraising industries in multi-state, multi-entity organizations. Startups and functioning as both HR and Operations has often been her forte’ throughout her career. During COVID Crystal was introduced to Premiere Digital Services where she was hired as a subject matter expert of employee relations. Since joining Premiere, Crystal has been promoted from HR Business Partner to Sr. HR Business Partner to Director, Human Resources within 15 months. She is SPHR certified and holds two master’s degree, one of which is in Human Resource Management.
Anthony Damiano is Vice President of Technology and Security for Premiere Digital Services. In his current role, he oversees the development and implementation of Premiere Digital’s strategy for technological advances in information and network security, security infrastructure and governance, risk management and IT system design and analysis. Anthony joined Premiere Digital in 2018, bringing with him two decades of experience in Media and Entertainment technology and security. Prior to joining Premiere Digital, Anthony served in a variety of high-level IT and security roles in the private and public sectors, including Senior Director, IT, Security and Infrastructure at the Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA).
Throughout her career, Michele has served in leadership roles with top entertainment companies at the forefront of digital distribution & entertainment. Before joining Premiere Digital, she served as EVP of Marketing and Content Strategy at Vubiquity, where she oversaw global execution of cross-departmental marketing, corporate communications and creative strategy, as well as the management and merchandising of premium content. Prior to that, she was Worldwide VP at Warner Bros. Home Entertainment, where she oversaw a variety of departments, including Direct-to-Consumer Marketing, Digital Distribution Marketing, Programming and Acquisitions. Her work includes dynamic Sales and Marketing Campaigns for some of the world’s biggest studios, including ESPN, Disney and MTV Networks, as well as cross-industry initiatives to promote the growth of emerging digital formats. In October of 2019, Michele joined Premiere Digital to focus on the company’s mission of helping its customers monetize content and streamline operations, as well as on its vision of positioning itself for the ongoing future of digital distribution.
Jeff Feger is VP of Finance, Controller for Premiere Digital Services. He joined as Controller in 2019 and now oversees all day-to-day Finance and Accounting operations for the company, leveraging over 13 years in the Media and Entertainment industry to build and support all fiscal functions. Prior to joining Premiere Digital, Jeff served for eight years at Deluxe Entertainment as Director of Corporate Accounting and Vice President of Finance. Before that, he worked at Village Roadshow Gold Class Cinemas (now iPIC Entertainment). Jeff also has extensive experience in finance and accounting for taxes and securities and expertise in SAP implementation. He is an active Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Mark started his career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers, focusing on the telecommunications and media industries. In early 1999, he joined Dutch telecom operator Versatel, where, as CFO, he was instrumental in growing the business significantly and taking it public, ultimately resulting in its billion dollar acquisition in 2005. He also served as CFO of Amsterdam-based Eyeworks Group, helping grow it into one of the world’s largest international independent TV and film production companies, leading to its sale to Warner Bros. in 2014. He joined Premiere Digital in 2014 as CFO and rose to CEO in October of 2018.
Carrie is the quintessential Premiere Digital success story. She joined as the 7th employee of the company in 2009, working in Quality Control on video assets. Since then, she has served in virtually every department, establishing positive relationships internally as well as with studio and retail partners. She helped expand the global footprint of the company by helping launch the office in Bangalore, setting up the facilities, workflow and teams to begin operations. She also developed a product support infrastructure for all software used at Premiere Digital. In 2014, she began working in software development, eventually taking ownership of the company’s flagship SaaS solutions, STOREFRONT® and PDX®.
For over 20 years, Pamela Ng has been successfully helping top technology and CPG companies drive revenue, profitability and operational efficiency through key roles in finance, business strategy and general management. She joined Premiere Digital in December 2020 as Chief Financial Officer to oversee all financial operations and collaborate with management on the company’s most important initiatives, including organic growth strategies, acquisitions, KPI performance and risk avoidance through data-driven decision-making. Prior to joining Premiere Digital, she served as CFO at Irwin Naturals, a provider of premium vitamin and supplements. Before that, she served as VP of Strategy at Beachbody, a leading fitness streaming and nutrition company, and as General Manager of Teleflora’s SaaS e-commerce platform.
Steve joined Premiere Digital in 2013, bringing 17 years of experience in technology, software development, finance and management from 20th Century Fox. While at Fox, he led the team that developed and implemented Fox’s industry-leading digital media supply chain system, which included asset and metadata management, content processing and distribution and media storage. Working with Fox colleagues from numerous departments and divisions, Fox drove the adoption of file-based delivery of content by the global broadcast industry, saving over $100M for Fox and resulting in valuable ongoing improvements in entertainment supply chain management. Since he joined Premiere Digital in 2013, Steve has worked collaboratively with all departments to establish the company as a leader in digital product lifecycle and storefront management, including the advanced use of data analytics.
AJ has worked for the past 20 years in the telecommunications, media and technology industries. He started his career in investor relations, then moved to a corporate finance role at telecom company Versatel in the Netherlands. Following Versatel’s billion-dollar sale to a competitor, he served as Executive Director of Mergers & Acquisitions at Eyeworks Group, an Amsterdam-based international television production company. Appointed to drive global expansion, he completed more than 15 acquisitions during his 5-year tenure there. He joined Premiere Digital in 2014 as part of the investor consortium and shortly thereafter took on the role of COO focusing on the core operations including the expansion of its Bangalore facility growing Premieres reputation as truly global 24/7 media service provider.
