Dirk’s reputation, expertise and adaptability has given him the opportunity to finish hundreds of projects consisting of theatrical marketing, documentaries, game shows, independent feature films, cooking shows, commercials and unscripted reality shows. Notable recent series work includes Rock the Block (HGTV), The Real Housewives of Miami (Bravo), The Real Housewives of Orange County (Bravo), Botched (E!) and Married to Medicine (Bravo/Peacock). Dirk began his career when he studied photography at Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara, where his passion for visuals merged with his love of electronics and audio-visual technology. He honed his skills as an online/finishing editor over many years at several LA post-production facilities including WoodHolly Productions, CCI Digital, and ADS where he developed and applied cutting edge technology and workflows.

Dirk excels at interfacing with clients and adapting technologies for the modern era to meet defined customer expectations through each step of every project. At the end of the day, his goal is simple: A Happy Client.

Larry’s career started at ZAP Studios and then progressed to working with Thom Beers at Original Productions on reality TV shows such as Ice Road Truckers and Deadliest Catch. Larry joined ADS in 2020, handling post-production audio mixing and sound design, and he still regularly explores music composing, music mixing, and music video editing.

Larry is involved in the ongoing evolution of audio technology. He explores AI and Atmos mixing in audio finishing, demonstrating their potential. He has utilized AI in shows such as Rock the Block on HGTV, The Real Housewives of Miami and Married to Medicine, now on Peacock and Bravo.

By a young age, Kit had expanded his expertise in post-production by diving deep into the technical side of the industry. He honed his online and color skills in commercial and marketing content before moving into feature VFX & titling and eventually episodic television. Along the way, Kit was employed as the lead colorist for the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN), where he worked until 2019. He also had roles at Runway, Wildwood, and Atlas before joining ADS.

Kit thrives on discovering and mastering new tools. His impressive credits include Press Your Luck (ABC/Hulu) and multiple seasons of Married to Medicine (Bravo). One of his standout projects was Jurassic World Chaos Theory (Netflix), where he applied rich, dark, theatrical color timing inspired by 70s and 80s aesthetics.
